Product Description This is a 100% natural, unrefined oil made from premium coconuts from Surat Thani province without heat or chemical processing. It retains maximum lauric acid, vitamins, and antioxidants. The oil has a light coconut aroma and is clear and liquid at temperatures above 24°C, solidifying (turning white) when heated below this level, a sign of its naturalness. Internally (for food and health) • For metabolism: Take 1–2 tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals to improve digestion and strengthen the immune system. • In cooking: Use as a salad dressing, added to porridge, smoothies, coffee (royal style), or for light frying and baking. • Mouthwash: Use the oil pulling method—hold and gently swish 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes before brushing your teeth to strengthen gums and provide an antibacterial effect. 2.
