Composition and Therapeutic Action
The Neobun patch is a perforated ("breathable") fabric base coated with an active therapeutic adhesive. When applied, the components gradually penetrate the skin, providing a pronounced anti-inflammatory, soothing (cooling-warming), and local anesthetic effect.
Key Active Ingredients:
• Methyl Salicylate: a topical anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) that reduces the production of inflammatory mediators and effectively dulls tissue pain.
• Menthol: stimulating cold receptors in the skin, creating a pleasant cooling sensation, reducing local swelling, and distracting from the main focus of pain.
• Camphor: dilates superficial blood vessels, improves microcirculation, stimulates blood flow, and accelerates the removal of inflammatory products from muscles. • Thymol and essential oils (including clove and peppermint): enhance the antiseptic, decongestant, and warming effects.

Main Indications for Use
The Neobun patch is used as a symptomatic treatment for the temporary relief of moderate to moderate pain caused by:
• Muscle strain, spasms, and fatigue (e.g., after sports or prolonged sedentary work).
• Pain in the neck, shoulder girdle, back, and lower back.
• Sprains, closed bruises, and soft tissue injuries (without breaking the skin).
• Chronic joint pain, arthritis, and radiculitis.

Instructions for Use
1. Cleansing: Thoroughly wash the application area with soap and water and pat dry with a towel. There should be no traces of sweat, creams, or oils on the skin, otherwise the patch will quickly peel off. 2. Application: Open the sealed pouch, remove the fabric strip, and peel off the protective glossy film. Gently apply the patch, sticky side down, to the painful area and press lightly with your palm.
3. Hygiene: Immediately after application, wash your hands thoroughly with soap to avoid accidentally transferring any menthol or camphor residue to your eyes.
4. Replacement Schedule: It is recommended to replace the patch every 12–24 hours as its effectiveness wears off. Do not apply more than 2–3 patches to different areas of the body at the same time unless absolutely necessary.

Important Contraindications and Precautions
• Skin Damage: Do not use the patch on open wounds, deep scratches, sutures, burns, or on areas of skin with eczema, psoriasis, or allergic rashes. • Salicylate allergy: Do not use the patch if you have a known intolerance to aspirin or other salicylates. If severe burning, intolerable itching, or hives occur, remove the patch immediately and rinse the skin with cool water.
• Age restrictions: This product is contraindicated for infants and children under 2 years of age. Essential oils (camphor and menthol) in high concentrations may trigger reflex laryngeal or bronchospasm in young children.
• Heat exposure: Never apply the patch under tight heating pads, heating belts, or heating pads. Also, do not apply it immediately before or after a hot bath/shower—this may cause severe irritation or a localized burn. • Pregnancy: Due to the ability of methyl salicylate to partially penetrate the systemic circulation, use of the patch during pregnancy (especially in the third trimester) should be discussed with a physician.
Storage Instructions
To prevent the patch from drying out and losing its volatile essential oils, fold the end of the packet tightly after each opening or store the opened package in a sealed ziplock bag in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
