Thai anti-inflammatory and analgesic gel NEOTICA Cool - 60 gr.

13,00
General Description and Composition
The gel has a light, non-greasy consistency that is quickly absorbed by the skin, specifically delivering the active ingredient deep into the tissue where the pain is occurring and reducing the likelihood of systemic side effects.
Main Active Component:
• Piroxicam: a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It blocks the synthesis of prostaglandins—chemicals in the body that trigger inflammation, cause tissue swelling, and transmit pain signals.

The Cool formula is additionally enriched with cooling ingredients that provide immediate relief, soothe the inflamed area, and act as a local distraction.

Important contraindications and precautions
• Skin damage: Do not apply the gel to open wounds, post-surgical sutures, deep scratches, infected areas of the skin, or to those with dermatitis, eczema, or rashes.
• Allergy: The product is contraindicated in cases of individual intolerance to piroxicam. If you have a history of the "aspirin triad" (allergic reactions, asthma attacks, or urticaria caused by taking aspirin, ibuprofen, or other NSAIDs), do not use this gel.
• Mucous membranes: Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose, or genital mucosa. In case of accidental contact, immediately rinse the area with plenty of cool running water.
• Dressings and heat: Do not cover the gel-treated skin with tight, airtight occlusive dressings. Also, avoid using heating pads or warm compresses over the gel.
• Sun exposure: The gel's components may increase the skin's sensitivity to ultraviolet radiation (causing photosensitivity). During treatment and for 2 weeks afterward, protect the treated areas from direct sunlight and tanning beds to avoid burns and blemishes.
• Pregnancy and lactation: The use of topical NSAIDs (especially in the third trimester of pregnancy) is contraindicated, as they may affect fetal development and labor. Consult your gynecologist before use.
