Directions for use (directions for use)
1. Shake: This is a two-phase emulsion, so be sure to shake the bottle thoroughly before each application until smooth.
 
2. For workouts (pre-workout): Apply a small amount of oil to target muscle groups (e.g., calves, thighs, shoulders) 10-15 minutes before your workout and massage vigorously until completely absorbed. You will feel a characteristic warmth.
 
3. For recovery (post-workout): Apply to congested or painful areas after a shower to relieve spasms and accelerate the elimination of lactic acid.
 
4. Frequency: Use no more than 2-3 times per day. After the massage, wash your hands thoroughly with soap to avoid accidentally transferring any remaining oil to your face.

Precautions
